redish stems... on big plant... pic in side.. is this bad ?

In the pics you will see the top of the stem is red lol dark redish... so can any one tell me what this is...

sure. this is an easy fix. reddish purple stems and light green growth generally means a nitrogen deficiency. the truth is its actually more likely a deficiency of all major nutrients. Add some veg formula, or top off your pot with sphagnum peat moss. Just don't overdo it. Your plant is still young, give it a little vegetative growth formula it will be just fine.
