redish stems... on big plant... pic in side.. is this bad ?

sure. this is an easy fix. reddish purple stems and light green growth generally means a nitrogen deficiency. the truth is its actually more likely a deficiency of all major nutrients. Add some veg formula, or top off your pot with sphagnum peat moss. Just don't overdo it. Your plant is still young, give it a little vegetative growth formula it will be just fine.
