Red Seed

Has anyone ever seen a bright fire engine red cannabis seed before? Just got my order in from attitude, and the only thing on the label is "1 Auto WW"
It might be the Green Label Seeds Automatic Widow, but can't be for sure. Any ideas?

Yes some breeders paint their seed . Seen it at a seed bank in Amsterdam

In all the years I've been buying seeds, this is a first for me.
Here's the pic. Appreciate the responses.

I looked at greenhouse seed co. and they do paint their seeds. That should make it easier to find out about that strain.

I would email the breeder or seed bank and ask,

many seed makers add dye to their seeds to prevent bird attacks

but really this don't make sense..?

I've confirmed it was from Green Label, it's a promotional thing they are running to "over grow the planet" in a legalization effort. Waiting to hear back as to the reasoning for the coloration. Let you know when I hear back.
