Red Alert To All USA Seed Buyers...DANGER!!!!

I have purchased seeds online from several companies. My 2 favorites are...marijuana-seeds.nl and Attitude. Both companies do a very good job. However, I have always used my debit card with zero issues. Today, I went to the bank to withdraw a couple a hundred bucks. My debit was declined. I knew better than that so I tried again. Still declined!

I went into my bank and asked what my balance was. When they told me 74.32 I about threw up. I knew something was wrong. I always keep around 2 grand in my account and had over 1800.00 on Friday.

They printed my last 2 weeks activity and on Saturday, I had over $700.00 withdrawn. On Sunday, I had another $700.00 withdrawn. Then this morning, they got me for $320.00! I obviously filled out disputes on these charges and in a matter of a couple of hours the bank gave me a "temporary deposit" that covered most of my loss. The bank was really helpful in working this out.

These charges were made in London GB andthankfully, I am in the USA. I have sent an e-mail to marijuana-seeds.nl explaining to them that they have a phuckin thief working for them. The bank traced it back to Planet Wax which is the name they use on all their billing. It has been over 3 months since i odered any seeds from anyone, so don't let your gurad down.

I really hate that this happened because I will NEVER use them again and they WERE one of my favs. If I would not of been on my toes, it is possible they could of kept stealing money from my account and created a bigger mess than it already is. I have had to cancel my credit cards...debit cards...open a new account and deal with all the fallout from this thief.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up and to tell you guys to be careful. It is dangerous enough to buy seeds with out worrying about the companies stealing you blind!

Thanks for the heads up!

Sounds like a good reason to use cash or pre-paid visa when buying stuff off the net and always keep an eye on your checking account balance!

Shit I wouldn't buy anything legal with my debit card online..to risk the card at an illegal site is really tempting fate..

I agree totally. I have no one to blame but myself and luckily, it did'nt cost me a bunch of money. I trust people way to much and I really didn't give it enough thought. I think gullilable is the word! :-(

This is why I decided to post this. I want others to at least think about the consequences before they use their debit/credit card. It was a dumbass thing to do, I won't deny that. :dunce:

I too buy everything on the net with my Debit only because I can be reimbursed for any fraudulent charges. Just got my items from Attitude, so I was glad to hear it was the other store that the charges went to.I am grateful for your information. Plus I don't have that much in either account. Some thief would look and say wow I better give her some money! LOL

I know credit cards do reimburse, but for the debit card, unless you prove it was scanned or cloned you're going to have an uphill battle...especially when you supplied the info...

The OP just said his bank reimbursed most of the money that was stolen from his debit card, didnt seem like that much of an uphill battle, I would think you would have more of a problem with a credit card company.

Im in the same boat as MaryJaneDoe I never have anywhere close to 2 grand in my bank account I usually just add money to it whenever I want to order something, the most I could ever get taken for is maybe a couple hundred bucks.

My bank gave me a "temporary credit" which means I got most of my money back but The places in London that accepted my card have 5 days to dispute my claim. If they do dispute, then they must prove that I authorized the purchases. Since most of the withdraws were cash money, it seems like they would have to prove that I was actually there.

If they "win" their appeal, then my bank debits my account. From talking to my bank, I don't see much of a chance of that happening. However, this is way to much shit to have to deal with all over the fact I just wanted to buy some decent beans. I understand the consequences of ordering illegal items. I just underestimated where the dangers would come from. That was my bad and it won't happen again. I want others to keep up their guard and learn from my mistake. You know damn well this is not a isolated case. :fire:

Like I said there is no money to "steal" so I am not worried. My bank would stop it.

As well we did, I have thought of the giving out the info, then they have you because they actually can just send a letter saying customs got you. What you gonna do? But this actually taking money is really bad and something that I haven't thought of before now.:wall:

I have a separate account for online stuff. I just transfer the money that I need, so if someone did try to steal from it, they would find prob less than $10 =]

I am intrigued now, and it would be nice to find the actual store there. The OP said it was marijuana-seeds.nl and Raiderman said it was Attitude. maybe it's both. Someone who has access to both places. They do have suck ass internet security over thar
