I am currently looking for a T5 ballast to mount in my veg area for my hopefully perpetual grow and would like some recommendations on a T5 ballast. I would prefer it to be 4 bulb HO and it MUST be 36" or less. I am willing to spend some money on it and can have it shipped to a buddies house. So yeah....I'm baked sorry :S

Find what you like- also, they don't come in 3' only 2/4' and you can get 1-8bulb lamps.
And I would forget about the HO and get the VHO(Very High Output) but on the second hand if you're just veggin I would stick to a hydrofarm 2' 4bulb t5 there like70$?
Keep in mind that the 2' 4s don come with 54w bulbs. They come with 24. So if you want the hydrofarm you'd have to go with a bigger tube lamp which, you can't so... You can get the VHO(which by the way comes with 95w tubes) or you can by a 2'4 and buy the extra 54w tubes to replace the 24ws... There like 20$ ea... Not that bad.

What I plan on doing is keeping 3-6 mother plants (only have 2 seeds currently but will be obtaining some clones to turn to moms) and then trying to keep a perpetual thing going with a harvest either bi-weekly or monthly. I was hoping to keep between 5-10 clones of each strain and seeing how it goes from there.
I will only have a 250 HPS for flowering for my first few cycles, wanted to get a 600-1000w within the next few months, but prob the 600.
