Really Need Help With Grow Tent

Alright I'm wondering is it possible to get temps in a grow tent to match temps outside of the tent, right now I have a 400watt hps, 8 inch booster fan for exhaust and a 4 inch booster fan for intake. It is summer weather and I'm expecting temps to get up to 90 some days, right now it is 82 in my house and in the tent its 88. I'm thinking of getting some real inline fans, would this make it possible to match the room temperature?

You have an 8 inch for exhaust and only 4 in for intake? No other passive intake? that is your problem right there...For an 8 inch exhaust, you're gonna need at LEAST 8 inches for the intake, preferably more. Do you notice a lot of negative pressure when your tent is sealed? That is because the 8 inch exhaust is trying to pull way more air that your intake can supply. You don't even really need an intake fan, and instead I would take that 4 inch booster fan, get an air cooled hood, and use the 4inch booster to exhaust the heat from the light. Then just open some passive intake holes to let fresh air in, but remember, your intake needs to be at LEAST as large as your exhaust, preferably larger, to effectively exchange the air in your tent in a timely manner and match the temps of the room your tent is in.

I can't get intake the same size as exhaust cause my tent only has 4 inch holes at bottom, but I think I will get and 8 inch valuline to exhaust and then have the other vents as passive intake and use my 8 inch booster to cool light cause my hood is 8inch air cooled, right now i just have ducting letting the heat escape to the top you think thats enough?

You need to get a cooltube. Use the 8inch for just the tube and light and the 4 inch to exhaust the tent it self.
make sure you vent the air from the lights as far away from the tent as you can

Damn bro... Idk.. I was thinking of getting a tent too but my main concern was heat. It's only really a prob during summer tho, but I don't want to have to run a whole damn a.c. just to grow pot.. nor do I have the money to do so.... If ur flowering. Maybe running ur lights at night might help. That's what I do. From 10pm-10am but in veg when u need 16+ hours of light idk what to tell u ... It's gonna cost u, either another exhaust fan or some sort of air cooling unit
