Really fast grower ?

I have recently germinated 2 power skunk and 1 strawberry blue fem seeds. I am about 5 days in and all have grown their baby leaves and the next set and I can see the next set coming throgh now. " of the plants first set of true leaves are just normal 1 spears bt on the other plant aset of 3 and a set of 2 have started. Has anybody else seen this before, is it just a fast grower. the only variable i see is that, that plant has perlite in it's soil and the other 2 dont.
Any suggested appreiciated.

the perlite could make it easier for the plant to grow bigger roots and the rest of the plant is reflecting that growth
