SO I sed I would post back in 4 day's and I can only hope that the two seeds and pots - are growing I cant see anything

and I thought that it took just 156 h - to see just a small cotyledon and still nothing , I am using the right soil , from the garden shop and

IT has spagnum peat moss, hidroponic perlite and time release fert. SO I really thought I would see something by now.

You should definitely get a soil with no time release nutes, in the early stages its not good for growth...use red solo cups and soil from the dollar tree or whatever you have, when it reaches about 7-8 inches move to a gallon, after you put it into flower transfer to a 2 gallon pot...BE CAREFUL WITH THE ROOTS...try to leave as much soil with the roots to prevent crushing. if you have any questions message me i'll help where i can

Are you keeping them moist?
Give them a couple more days before you condemn them as no grows.
I wish you hadn't junked your first seeds.
Even killing off a couple would have been better than wasting all of them.;-)
Like said previously, no time release soil for seeds, and don't feed for at least 2 weeks from sprout.
To sprout can take anywhere from 3 to 14 days when doing in soil.

Only a couple liquid or powder nutes are safe for early stages of plant developement...i use V+B which is all phase nute

THAY SHOULD be warm with a 650W , not that deep just the first bending joint of the index finger

and I water them every five days.

I go 1/3 inch..pre popped. Somemore time at that depth is just a guess. Don't add more seeds to a pot. 2 in one pot can be a mess. Start the new ones in little 4x4 pots with weak soil like jiffy starter mix. Prepopping lets you know the seeds are viable. I got plenty of clones so being a curious fuck I'd look.:bigjoint:
