I'm not affected by it at all.
I do know the provisions in the PPACA are there to make sure our insurance company doesnt try to pull any shit though. SO if Peace of mind fits your definition of affected. Then yes in a positive way

I don't have to pay for healthcare because of the extension of the age limit under parents insurance.

I like the pre-existing conditions and some of the extra womanly additions to insurance. My wife needed both.

I pay out the wazoo, but after comparing what I pay now to a similarly priced plan on the exchange(in Texas so we are using the fed exchange) my plan blew it out of the water. I really don't want to lose my job now. Thankfully, it's not going anywhere.
