Ready to Harvest?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a complete noob and am not far from completing my first grow ever. I'm also new to RIU and thankful to be a part of this awesome community! I have 9 indoor plants that are about a month away from harvesting:
  • 4 x Seedsman - Dr. Seedsman CBD
  • 1 x Lucky 13 Seeds - Grand Daddy Purple
  • 1 x Lucky 13 Seeds - Peanut Butter Herijuana
  • 1 x Lucky 13 Seeds - Korengal Kush
  • 1 x Lucky 13 Seeds - Laughing Lion
  • 1 x Lucky 13 Seeds - Angel '98
I have my ACMPR license to grow plants indoors, but once they got bigger, I took three Laughing Lion plants outside, and they're my recreational grows. Man, I love being Canadian!

My only problem is that I have a small, handheld microscope (the 420 Scope) and it's so hard to see the trichomes clearly with it. Judging by the pics I'm posting here, would you say my outdoor ones are close to ready for harvest? I'm looking for about 5 - 10% amber trichomes, but it's really hard to focus this cheap little microscope and hold it in place long enough see things clearly. There must be an easier way, perhaps a jeweller's loupe. I've also attached a pic of my indoor grow that I took last night.

hi fellow Canadian, I also bought a wide selection from Lucky13 seeds early 2022. I haven't had great luck with the strains previous to Himalayan Blue Hash. A friend grew the GDP outdoor this summer and it was a monster. I'm in Brockville, ON btw.

Did you end up trying his GDP? How did you like it? It's a great strain.
