I am no pro I would wait a week or so until all is white and a couple amber. I think it would be better, butcher snip is up to you mate.

You've go a ways to go, my friend. Like Labs Dexter said, you will want those tric's to start turning amber. I don't chop until about 40% of mine have turned.

No pro again but heard that the amber couch lock is only with certain strains. But you never know untill you try lol. My first time I am going amber with painkiller from Dr underground but I don't think if it will workout like I hope. Hace you Don this before @bearkat42?

This is correct. The strain itself is going to ultimately determine the effects, but within that parameter you can kind of play with the effects a bit. Basically meaning that no matter the color of the tric's, your not going to turn an indica into a sativa.
Full thc is all white matey, apparently is at its ripest

I agree with this.
So why do you wait till 40% amber? Just a personal preference?
A reason for an anwser is helpful. :weed::bigjoint::joint:
