re-veg after 1.5 weeks in 12/12

hi all
I got a small room with 4 plants thats getting overcrowded.
it's been 1.5 weeks since lights were turned 12/12
there are few tiny preflowers that just started to show.

I'm thinking taking one plant and putting it into 24/0 to become a mother.

Is it worth it? i mean will the plant go into shock after switching lights to 24/0? If yes, how long will it take to recover?

Does it make sense to use the plant that showed sex last?
