re potting with minimum stress

im after some tips on moving my plants into bigger pots without stressing them out to much! any advice would be grateful

Just be gentle, and just score the whole root ball and transplant. Not difficult at all.

And after you transplant, put a few drops of Superthrive in the watering apparatus..
