So i just moved my girls in to 6 gal smart pots, and i have plans to do some mainlining with them.
What would you say is a good amount of time to wait after potting up as not to stress them out?

Give them at least 48 hours to observe any visual stress ...if they seem as good or better then go for it...if you see any negative reactions wait it out

If you just transplanted give them a few days to get situated in there new pot. I use to like to wait a week. Nowadays I just use smart pots from the beginning and sink the whole smart pot into a bigger one for transplant. Theroots grow right through the bags and the plants don't miss a beat. I have yet to see any ill effects to doing this. I grow large scale in green houses and indoor as well. I use this method in both. Best part is after harvest you can dump the dirt and still use the pots again.

Line any pot with that weedblock fabric, that u put under mulch... i just use plastic baskets but u cud do with any it pulls whole thing out of the pot peacefully and then you unwrap it with little to no root disturbance and minimal trasplant stress...
