I left on vacation for just over a week. Before I left I harvested and hung them to dry. When I got back they were a bit dry. Not too much but a little more than I like. To fix this I put a 5gal bucket filled with warm water in the closet and left it over night. This fixed the problem. It never should have happened in the first place but it did fix the problem.

Yeah, I wanted to make sure I could finish curing them in the jars. I hate herb that is cured too quickly. Way harsh and tastes like shit!
