I would minimize to one pump. Sucking from your res, feeding the chiller and then running to your waterfalls.
The return water provided by the upsized return line would then just run to the res, be cooled by the chiller and then return to the totes and thus, the roots.
Your system looks well built and these are simply suggestions. Take them with a grain.

With the way you have it now, you would be better off running a separate chiller circuit I.E. like have a tote and coil so you chiller water never actually "touches" your res water. Running a chiller with your pumps, I think it is is best at that point to just have your chiller be last last "point" so to speak in your re circulation loop.

You need a separate pump just for the chiller. And you don’t want the pump to be too strong or the water will circulate through the chiller before it has time to chill efficiently.
Here’s the chiller pump size recommendations below
There are 2 pumps the chiller pump is 700gph

My large pump is too big for my chiller to handle

You aren't going to like what I'm going to say but its electrical fittings with toilet rubber gaskets. My budget was getting crashed so.. yea.. they are leak tested so we are good.
Well, why don't you take some better pics and add some links and share what you did?

I will just didnt want to hear the negativity. Bc I didnt spend 200 in 2" bulkheads. But I will later. I used aquarium sealant on the outside to seal
Oh we all know how expensive they can be. But there's definitely some cheaper options for at least some lesser quality bulkheads you could have made work. But hey, as long as it worked right?

That’s a bad ass RDWC in the making. Like all of us, you’ll make improvements over time as you use it come up with ways to perfect it. You should be able to grow some monsters with that system!

Both are just cheap ebay/amazon specials.
I like the power of the 1400gph. It's exactly what I was going for. But that particular one puts out a lot more heat than it should.
Doing my testing I'm not getting good movement of water so I was thinking getting a bigger pump just cant find one.i have a danner 1200 GPU but drops to 1100 at 1' of head
