that is kinda low compared to something like maxibloom which is 5% ca and 3.5% mag

its calcium nitrate and magnesium nitrate. maxibloom i think has calcium nitrate and some calcium sulfate.

i'm by far an expert but most nutes i've used seem to need a bit more Mg. i've only had one (2 maybe) strains that needed extra Ca.

Yet another reason we should all stick to EC when talking about nutrient concentrations.
After all, an EC meter measures conductivity, not ppm.

It gets worse, in that the ppm displayed on an EC meter does not reflect the total elemental ppm in solution, causing more confusion, particularly for new growers.
