Funny, I must have been very fortunate the first time I went to that webpage to register the were open. There is a little trick u must know to be able to gain access but anyone with an iq over 80 can figure it out. Ordered and shipped on the 15th still awaiting arrival.

HMMMM.... really, mine was shipped on the 18th and I received it yesterday!
