Rapid Rooters Sprouts, now what

hey guys!

i germed my two fem iced grapefruit usuing the towel method and then i put them in the rapid rooter and misted once a day

now i have a sprout on one of my seeds. when should i put it in the light? or should i just take the rapid rooter and put it in some coco

i currently keep it underneath a sink where its dark and warmish. not too cold not too hott

now. once u have a sprout u have a need for light.

Hey man, I found using rockwool that keeping them in a propogator and airing them once a day does well. I also keep some sprayed water sitting in my propogator as it keeps humidity up under a light. Anyway that works for me! I also fried two seedlings keeping them too close to my cfl (or perhaps not watering enough).

I'm certianly no expert so hope your seedlings come on fine

Once I get roots through bottom of my rockwool cube I put them into the 6x6 cubes, which I soak for roughly 24 hours then wring out.

I'm sure if I'm massively wrong here someone will correct it up,as I said, am no expert and just starting out too

from what i read, rapid rooters and rockwool cubes are very different, but im not 100percent sure

im really worried about burning mine out too. i am going to mist the seedling 2-3 times a day to keep the rr moist

GeerFFES at a crazy angle lol!

They are different to an extent, but they are the same size and do the same job? Just that RR's way better and more reliable to start with, which am gonna use next time as well!

I just make sure my rockwools moist enough, i check it every 6 - 10 hours or so, mainly because as a first time grower am paranoid I will mess it up!
