Here are the next 2 finishing under the Sun System/ Galaxy 315 LEC.

The lamp seems to bring out the natural fall colors of these hybrids. And they smell stronger than usual and you can't go near them or you end up sticky.

Got it down to 16-18" over the highest buds and the penetration seems better. The lowers seem to be responding now.

For comparison the Hortilux 600 Super HPS I am used to would be likely 20" over and be maturing lower buds bigger and faster.

So far.........had to learn how to use the 600's and air cooled hoods at one time too.

Here are the pics.

13.5 weeks damn lol. You're a good man, I couldn't wait that long. 3-4 more weeks and I would've had 2 complete cycles done and harvested. Looks killer though, how'd it stay so short for almost 14 weeks? Flower from clone?

What was the yield on that?
The dry weight of only good nugs (pretty much all of them) was 6.2 oz.

And about an ounce of very lemony smelling close trim.

In case you are still curious. :-)

Here is the plant after those BLT's.

Black Widow x Blue Lemon Thai

I think she is even heavier than the 6.2 oz. plant. Which is getting rediculious in the same 2.4 Gallon #3 pots. With less nutes needed. Picky bitches! image.jpegimage.jpeg

She was thick with buds all through. And they were ready again but still growing.

image.jpeg

So we cut the top buds off and put the lower half back. Good way to fill spots while waiting for the next veg plant sometimes.

I popped half of the Queen of Hearts beans, all males!! can you believe it? so I popped the other half of the pack and got all females!! I was floored, that never happened to me before this. so I got lovely fems in flower now.

Scotts OG has one beautiful stinky fem in flower and a tray of clones already stinking too.

thanks for the rec man, looking forward to the flavors.
next up= Double Alien #18
Alien OG
D OG
Green Crack(finally)

I grow organic style, maybe settle in right here, with sum pics even

Nice! My best qoh's so far was a beast structurally. Nearly every branch hit canopy level and she matched in stink and flavor. His Lovelace really worked out well too. I'm about to go full team akg! Lol. Just popped some motorebel chemical desire....heard it's a real face kicker!

Glad Scott's and qoh's are coming along. Scotts aint the best producer, but i go to lengths to make sure i always have it. Thats crazy about the sex of the beans. I did have one staggered seed run that had some disproportionate numbers that balanced out, but not 100% male to female. Maybe 4 out of 5 males, then 3 out 5 females. I bet you cursed me at least once after the first batch! :bigjoint:

Are you finding that the nugs from the lec's are a little leafier than with hps? Just curious..they kinda look like it. Im gearing up to run a couple plants under the 315s i just bought for veg, gona pull one out and flower one or two plants under it.

I have noticed that the plants get some green back that they lost under the HPS a little but tapering nutrients down as they ripen has drastically reduced the leafiness of the buds regardless of which light. But I bet it might be easier to end up with them under a cmh. Just like t-5's seem to do that.

But mostly I still think that is genetic thing.

What you see on my plant is a heavy sativa leaning hybrid not wanting to finish. Some of these Thai hybrids keep growing even though they are ripe enough to harvest in my room. But the resin glands are cloudy or colored mostly. And it has been in flower for a long time.

That is a nice ornament haha..looks like good smoke tho.

Heh heh thanks. I'm hoping it's good smoke. I've only been waiting about 5 months for it. Guess that's what happens when you don't know what you're doing.

Here's hoping my next batch gives me a bit more to play with. I'm going to attempt a mini sog next up. Probably throw in some topping for good measure.

5 months???whuuuu?looks like it came from some good smoke to be bag seed..all tho all of my random bag seeds were from back when brick weed was normal to have.

Sorry. I'm losing time here. It's more like 3.5-4 months. This is what happens when you've been home bound for months on end.

I save the seeds I get from good smoke.
I do too. I don't find too many any more as I learn to stress them less but if a seed is found from a female plant it is an S-1 seed. (Self 1)

And it is a feminized seed. And it won't automatically "hermie" like popular opinion. Some of my favorite plants are from bagseed.

Chemdog strain comes from bagseed. And some very famous other plants. :-)

Right On !

My rooms are full of all but two strains(Medicine Man, Tahoe OG Kush(chem??) of Chemdogs and every honest chem hybrid from the reputable breeders. I cant tell you how frikken tickled I am to be harvesting these every week ! I have multiple chems to sample every morning!

UK Chem and Daybreaker are out, not that they were bad, but with standing next to strains like the Humboldt Chem these 2 dont hold up.(imo) I've given each 6 attempts to convince me otherwise.

(what is the best chem(with fuel) experience you can share? I desperately need some Tres gear I know, about to pull the trigger on some D OG, not sure if thats the most fuel I can get there, but maybe? (perg? anyone else?, please)

any experience with Em Dog? I gave her one shot so far, total fail. very nice producer, tall bushy, tight buds, but thinking user error, though see same reviews online, sooo..... I have two more vegging to try, then its out for her too.

I don't have much experience with chem itself. Other than smoking a lot of it at one time. But I do have a Dinachem flowering now. And it is a hearty vigorous plant with huge thick branches and 1 inch nodes. She is going to make huge buds I think but I don't know if it is a homogenized overbred chem. We will see.

But I do grow great Diesel / Thai hybrids now that you might like. They are more complex than a straight chem plant and the fuel is strong on many phenos.

My favorite plant so far is from CH9 female seeds. Blue Lemon Thai. It is a CH9/ Motorebel hybrid.

And I got neat crosses from them too. Black Widow x Blue Lemon Thai is a favorite around here now. It's original Shantibaba white widow crossed with the BLT.

I harvest about every week and the last one is almost pure haze. I assume this is what real Neville Haze is like.

Foxtailed on every bud in the last 2 weeks and gives a soaring old school high.

It grew stamen all over for a minute. I have not found a seed though. They usually look more like the one in my avatar.

Since I am posting pics here is a Classic Seeds Headband in full frosty flower.

image.png

And here is a CH9 POW 33 about done. These old classic POW's are crossed with Aloha White Widow 98' and Jack 33. I have only ever grown a freebie of this plant before and it was super potent and tasty.
