I have been getting a random spot of light that blinks for a split second then goes away it happens a few times a day. I see it when its dark out and when its light out. I can't really tell what side of my vision it is on because it flashes so fast.
Im really confused of what it could be.

Does this happen both inside and outside? Far off Radio or Cellular Towers have surprised me with random light flashes. May just be a friendly apparition... just don't "go to the light".

From what I understand after hallucinogenic use, ones visual field is more likely to exhibit abnormalities that most just disregard. Those flashes are from electromagnetic bursts, free electrons, or other minute phenomena entering the retina, astronauts have to deal with those burst regularly.

Have you seen "The Smoking Gun, The Secret NASA Transmissions"?
Maybe you are seeing the Phenomenon that the Canadian T.V. technician was capturing.
