so you liked it when people were racist and gave death threats to others and doxxed them, and than the (former) admin of the forum allowed that because he aligned with it as long as it was against someone else he didnt politically agree with and so he allowed uncle buck to do that to republican users, but didnt allow republican users to do it back so he would let them just get banned but allowed the rest to continue ?
Yeah..its real scary now that..thats gone.... like you know fair moderation is actually happening now and we dont allow users to you know threaten peoples lives when they literally doxxed them as well.
Some how uncle buck was able to obtain users IP addresses, their actual information etc, and the only people who have access to emails and IP addresses are admins so you put two and two together.
What actually worries me is people who think that that is okay and good. it really shows who you are at a core level. that you think thats okay to literally threaten death on someone WHOS BEEN DOXXED. and than you bash the admins who worked really hard to fix it after it happened.
but we are the scary ones... you know keeping people from not being threatened along with their children etc.

I've always been disturbed that the hardest part of any employment is tolerating
fellow employees, not the job. Ass-hats abound, making the task at hand a nightmare. These misfits are the type of people that occupy your brain at night
when you go to bed. Teams in the workplace is a slippery slope, usually a crap shoot. I've been retired for years, yet some of those assholes still crawl in bed with me at night. My mother always told me to kill them with kindness.....great advice.

Myself is the admin of the forum (not the politics mod as some said i was)
I ensure the forum is up and running, still working, technical back end issues , etc.
The majority of our mods do not want to mod politics and thats fine by me, they are volunteers so i typically take over on that aspect but i read the entire site daily.
We have a great mod team here, whom have been wonderful users for many years @GreatwhiteNorth @Rsawr @curious2garden
I worked with the two newest, i worked to on board them with our rules
In the past we had mods not under my control who got full privileges to the forum usage and than went insane and one person banned half of toke n talk because he was mad.
So I did it where I slowly introduced new mods to the forum than privileges( actual admin powers etc)
GWN has been onboarded with me since you know idk 2010 or something so he knows the drill.
In the event anything ever happens ot me, these 3 are fully capable to help the forum
Than the owner of the forum I communicate with if there's any technical issues, bugs, and him and i work to fix it together. when we swapped to xenforo you know i was the one running all the errors, i worked to make sure the forum works, testing it on the back end with the owner
I dont think people understand how involved i am in actual running of rollitup itself keeping RIU online

In all fairness though a lot of us didn’t know that guy was doing that. I didn’t. I sure as hell wouldn’t have been acting like he was my buddy on here had I known. I wasn’t informed about that shit until less than a year ago.
