Random Drug Test Question??

Ok so i got a wearhouse/ delivery job 3 weeks ago. I got a pre employment drug test which was a mouth swab test passed it cause i have been clean for over 4 months. But my question is do you think i will get a random drug tested? The truck is a pick up truck its not anything big. There are only 6 guys that work there including me. theyre pretty chill they dont seem all company strickt or anything like that. If i do get drug tested would it be a swab again? Im just wanting to start smoking again i cant keep taking narcos anymore there making me sick to my stomach.

from my experience and folks i know rarely will you get a random drug test ...
unless you work in a high security area like a nuclear power plant or something like that

that being said some places will spring a drug test on you if you
1. get into an accident while working (this may be a concern)
2. injure your self on the job (i know a guy that used to work at walmart until he cut himself with a box knife bam drug test)
3. etc.

Does company have a policies and procedures manual? May be mentioned there.

Most small companies only drug test during hiring so they can get insurance discounts for being a "Drug Free Workplace" which means only when you get hired, and when there is a potential Workmans Comp claim (an accident). It should be covered in your employment agreement if they do random, also you can check with local and state laws.

Only time I know people got drug tested was either injury on the job, or a accident using company vehicle.

They do have a drug policie that i read over. It states at least expect one per year but it seems like thows chances are small from what im reading lol.
