Rain problems

Hi guys haven't been around in a long time but I have 4 plants in my yard under one of those little tents you can set up if you go to a soccer game and it's raining. I put tarp sides on it so my plants can flower without the street lights bothering them but it's been raining a lot the past week and it's still warm out so I'm worried about mold... Any tips? The tents not sealed and I bring the plants out in the morning for the sun but it's still really wet at night and warm which mold loves... Should I put a heater in there and a small fan?? Does anyone have any tips they can give me? My plant is budding really well and has been for about a month maybe a bit less and I don't have lights to bring them indoors yet.. also don't have neem to combat mold.. I'm hoping on payday I will be able to buy a light set and bring them inside but till then the rain doesn't look like it's giving up. I need a short term solution!
Any and all help is greatly appreciated :)
I have a fan and a heater but I don't know if it's what will fix my problem..
Location is the lower mainland Vancouver (not sure if I can put that, mods correct me if I can't)

Thanks boys and girls! Will post pics soon

I was also wondering about the rain as I live somewhat close to you.

Its not powdery mildew i dont think cause its starting inside the stems. I read that its bud rot, i forget the proper name for it. Would neem work do you think? Neem is good for everything! I dont really have cash to buy anything. Whole grow was with leftovers from other people and compost haha :p its killing me having to cut buds off :(
I spray my Cucumbers B4 it has a chance to start.. I know it's coming.

Dont you think that the heat will dry the tarpy tent up a bit? Im honestly lost at what to do. A fan in the rain lol :p wont it still be wet? I have to post pics so u understand. Its not weather tight and its been raining everynight for the past 2 weeks or so now :/
I don’t know about a heater but a fan can sure help. As much air moving as possible without wind whipping them. I would think a heater would be an expensive option to run with limited benefit.

First time growing and I’m starting to see mold. I’m growing one potted plant outdoors. It’s about 5 weeks into flowering and just like you guys, I’m starting to get rain .... Plus the night temps are creeping below 60°. I have started moving it under the awning when raining but still gets some drizzles. I started plucking some of it with tweezers but realized that may be bad too!
It’s flowering so fully and nicely that I have to keep some of this looking healthy! It’s prob 95% healthy at this point but don’t wanna lose anymore over the next 2-3 weeks. What to do?!?

Lol. What shelter isn’t weathertight enough for electrical equipment that’s grounded? Save the pics. Figure out something smarter. Lol.
