I haven't seen any show sex in veg even with 2 months of veg. Although I've got clones that are showing sex in veg from that older plant.
They show about a week or so after 12/12 flip.

If you actually know what you are looking for most regulars will indicate in about 5-6 weeks. If you don’t know then you have to wait until they’re actually flowering.

Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but after looking all over my four plants none of them were showing sex at 8 weeks.
After taking a clone, a few weeks after it rooted I noticed a pre flower on it. I either missed it on the mother or it was just slow.

Some strains will show sex well before other strains. I've grown strains that some refer to as semi autoflowering strains like Moroccan, Syrian, and Egyptian. They will show early and both the males and females will sometimes start early flowering even under long daylight hours. Many of the strains from that region exhibit similar traits.
