So I was a bit bored, and was thinking back to when I first joined, and the overwhelming feeling of distress. "why cant they just post some links for me, I've been searching for hours!", i would think many times. Well Hopefully this is some help. (Used HomeDepot.com because it was easy)

Well then, if anybody knows how to wire a socket for that type of cfl lets us know. Or where to buy them.

if you didnt use this stuff why u suggesting it without testing? btw 42 w cfl is a standard socket home depot has up to a 68 w cfl that are self ballasted that also are standard socket !
