fresh mushrooms are roughly 90% water so whatever that weighs 10% is what you measure for dosing

that being said that does not look like its anywhere near large enough to feel anything from, just dry and save for the stash I guess

Also one other question.. How long do I let them go in order to make a sporeprint..
You let them open up and when you see them gill like things you cut the cap off with a sterile razor then place on a sterilized piece of aluminum foil in a sterilized area. As it dies and drys up there will be a beautiful dark spore print. You let them go to long you will know you are too late because you will see spores all over your substrate.

Ok so once the vail breaks how long does it take before spores general start to fall..(so I'm not to late)..Also if the spores do get on the cake can I do a rinse before doing the second dunk an roll.?

Not too long maybe a day or two they have a pretty quick life cycle. It's not hard to take a print I got faith in you doing it right.
