quick question?

My plants are getting too tall for my fence. It's got a ton of preflowers. I bent it over in veggie, so it has a a lot of tall growing shoots. Any way, is it ok to bend the tops over during pre-flower? Will it slow down the flowering process? I've done it late in flowering before(figured the stress didnt matter since they were almost done), but never at this stage. Dont want to slow them down. Haha. Thanks.

bend them over slightly and tie them down....it will make the new growth grow straight up like little colas....

Just bending them will not stress them hardly at all. Go for it!
