I got a lot of trim from last harvest 1/2 5gallon pale I need to grind it up for ice hash.

How do you guys grind up that much larf? Do you use a food processor? Just curious what's the best thing to do.

Coffee grinder would take all day.

Don't grind it up. You don't need to.
Just put it in the freezer. Set the dry ice package on top of it for a while. Then take everything out of the freezer. Break up the dry ice. Then put the trim and dry ice in the bucket and put the bag over it all. You can also just put the ice and trim in just the bag, without the bucket.
Then shake it out onto a clean smooth surface (mirrors work well). The material, being already frozen and agitated by the dry ice will break apart on its own.
When you notice a greenish color change stop shaking.

When I have done it I used the 72 and 160 bags. First for a short time I used the 72. I would then clean up that kief and do it again with the 160. Really though, the 160 by itself is just fine.
Just don't grind it. You will get a lot of plant mater contamination if you do.
