quick question about dwc ppm

so if my tap water has a significant tds level (around 110ppm) then to bring my clones up to around 250 ppm when i add nutrients do i want my final ppm to read around 360? or do i not add the initial ppm? thanks

add the initial PPM yes. 360 is spot on. 110 ppm tap is not signifiacant IMO, mine is 550.
