Quick pollination question

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think so. More importantly, why are you keeping males with the females? Separate them if you want to be 100% sure.

I already got rid of my 2 males. I have 4 female unknown bagseeds in flower and nine free seeds from nirvana in veg. 5 of the plants in veg are showing female preflowers. I just wanted to know how carefull I need to be incase the bagseed hermies.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to pollinate it if it's showing ANY sign of female sex organs. I would say be 10/10 careful.

my first grow was definently a female and was moved to my place 2 weeks before harvest to be flushed but while i was curing i noticed little seeds coming off the bud..so im pretty sure they can be pollinated during flowering...pretty sure mine was pollinated from a couple houses down, heard they were growing too and must of had some males! hope this helps

I'm not positive either, but I don't see any reason why the preflowers couldn't be pollinated. I wouldn't freak out if it happened, because as long as the actual flowers don't get pollinated when they form, the plants should be fine. I can't say for sure though, as i've never come across someone who had this happen, so keep us informed as to how it works out. :)

each calyx must be pollinated individually.
i wouldnt sweat it too much at this point. now if i was 7 weeks into flower, id be a trifle on the nervous side

Thanks for the info. Sorry I took so long. Had back surgery 04-12 but I'm up and walkin again. Anyway, I pulled the 3 suspected male flowers off and so far so good. Saw some similar to the ones I pulled with pistils coming out. Maybe I was just being to paranoid :)
