Quick humidity help

using a 3x3x6'7 tent. Plants are roughly 10-12" tall out of the soil. Monitoring humidity I seem to be in the 60% range. I have vents all over the tent and opening them does change humidity a little. My question... where is optimal humidity level?

clones - 80-90%
veg - 40-70%
bud - 40-50%
final weeks - >40%
