quick electrical question

Hey guys I know lower wattage cfls are ok in power strips.. Would it be unsafe to throw a higher wattage cfl in a power strip or do I need to go with a fixture? They have the larger screw thread bases so I'm just wondering if it's alright to plug an adapter into an adapter.. then into a power strip. lol

How high is the wattage of the CFL ,I would go get a fixture and do it right better to be safe than sorry

Well I haven't bought one yet, I've just been considering tossing a couple big ones in the mix. I'd like to be able to move it around freely.. It looks like they sell socket cords at ace hardware for 5 bucks.. maybe I'll go that route.
