Quick Answer Please!!

Hey everyone I searched for a minute but basically i wanted to know if I can stop germinating my seeds in put them back in the freezer?? theyve been germinating for about 22hrs...reason asking is i just got some pretty awesome strains fro someone i know...he gave some of the bud i grew to his dealer and his dealer liked it enough to give me 2 pink hawaiian, 2 jack herer, and 1 sour diesel as a gift bc he says everybodys grow turns out slightly different even if its same strain. So i guess he wants to see what it looks like if someone else grows the strains he does. im germinating 8 so i wanted to replace 5 with the seeds stated above...do you think the others will germinate later on if i throw them back in the icebox??

i think you are committed. once they become moist they start to grow.

You can try to dry them out in a dry paper towel and see but if they already took in watre they may pop.If you put them in the freezes they will dies for sure as they have some moisture and will freez the un popped plant and will be dead.

aren't seeds unique? How is it that they can just sit there for many many years and 1 drop of water they just start to grow!

Damn...very true...thanks for the quick posts...well heres one more ??? then...i have 8 thc bombs germinating...would it be worth it(in quality of bud) to just replace them even though ill probably loose the 5 seeds...ill still have 3 germinating and 2 still in the freezer...ive never had thc bomb but the strains given to me seem to be of great quality smoke

its your decision, if you put them in the freezer and they are activated by the water already then they'll die, but if not and you put it back in the freezer before doing that dry it first with a dry nap and you never know they might surive. But if they don't the dissapointment comes from when you try to regerm them.

I say just grow the ones you already have. The other 5 will still be good once this grow is done. Also, more experience can't hurt. If something terrible goes wrong in this grow, you can just start over with the new seeds. You'll have bud either way.

Well i think im going to try it bc the seeds i got i think will be better smoke than the thc bombs if i do it right...ill try drying them and see waht haappens in a few months from now i guess..even if they dont germ. the 10 pack only cost $34. Not a tremendous loss if i only get to grow half of them i think

btw, when growing out those beaners you just got make sure you pick out the best pheno

also maybe do them all as no guarantee the few seeds you got will be females anyways.Something to contemplate and if you get an extra male and female make them do it and get some new seeeds for fun

haha well what ive done is threw them all together and letting them germinate....if they all germinate then ill give 5 of the plants to my buddy...i figure this is a good way to get them going for him...hes only grown a couple times and did fairly well actually.,but his plants always died do to outside conditions..this time hes doing it indoors...ill give hime the extra thc bombs as my grow area is limited, and just ask for some of the buds off the plants i give him hehe

Why not just germ them and grow all of them?

Or are you limited to # of plants for some reason?

oh and i might have to do some breeding FF, it would be nice cross something with the thc bomb to maybe up the yield a bit...maybe a sour diesel cross or something
