Questions on lighting and space

After getting a large yield on my outside grow, Ive decided I am going to start an inside grow because I will probably run out of bud before christmas maybe earlier. :( I am going to 100% be starting an indoor grow within the next 2-3 weeks.

I recently got a job so I do not really care about how much money I spend on all the equipment, although I would like to keep it on the cheaper side.

I have a 7x4x9 room(L x W x H), where at one half it is 7x4x9 and the other half is 7x5x9 due to the fact there is a toilet and shower and everything blah blah...

I wanted to do anywhere from 6-12 plants either medium size or small, probably going to buy clones and veg for a few weeks, lst and top them to get them a little bushy then throw them into flower. Seeds are to slow as I am trying to get a fast harvest over and over.

I am going to rip the shower doors out making it one large space. I am going to use pots, all organic (subcool soil routine), and will do the watering in the shower and move the plants around when I have to water them.

I was not sure If I should do two 400 watt lights or one 1000 watt light. Air cooled tubes, definitely. I am not sure about the window in the bathroom because it is about 2 feet high by 1 foot long, I was probably going to try to fix the lighting schedule around the sun outside so I did not have to cover that window up.

Another question was about fans and wondering since it is very cold outside usually, if I left the window open would it stay cool enough in the bathroom to keep the temperature around average. (it has just started to get cold and its about 60-70 degrees on average throughout the day and 40-60 degrees at night). I DO NOT care about smell, my neighbors do not care as they all complimented on the smell of my outdoor grow this year. And I am well within my limit of plants, so I could honestly care less.
There is an air conditioning system in the room that leads to the outside but none in the bathroom. How hot will it be in the bathroom?

There is actually not even a door on the bathroom now that I think about it so I will have to cover it up to keep the light out, because I am going to be sleeping in the room that leads to that bathroom.

Any tips on what the best way to go about this would be great! Thanks!

I'd go for 2 600w hps lamps. You will need an exhaust fan and carbon scrubber unless smell isn't an issue, then you'll just need the exhaust fan to keep fresh air moving through all the time.

smells not an issue, should I cover up the window with card board and put cut outs for fans allowing air to come in but not light?

Then since theres no door, what would be my best option for a material to cover that up but still allow access and allow me to put some sort of fan in it?
