So Im on my 2nd grow. 1st grow went great until the last few weeks when temperatures got up into the 90's and my buds came out super fluffy!

So I need to address my heat issue. Currently my Veg'ing plants are in a 4 x 8 grow tent, which is located in a spare bedroom in a house running central AC at about 72 degrees constantly. This was my previous setup as well and it got way too hot in the tent at certain times causing fluffy buds.

So do I take the plants out of the tent and try to cool the whole room? Or can I buy a portable AC that can cool the tent and vent to outside?

I also trying to get a proper co2 setup before I flip the lights, so can I run co2 inside tent, and get a portable AC and everything be Good?

PLEASE HELP!!!

im sure central air at 70 kills the electric bill if you live in the south. Personally I would stick a 10k btu ac in the bedroom for the grow. When my central air is set, it goes off when the temp by the thermometer reaches the cut off temp, meanwhile the bedrooms don't blow as hard and don't get as cool...not sure if its like that for u...for me I put a 10k btu ac in the closet I grow in since there's a window.also how is your ventilation setup?

Buy the largest portable as you can afford. 12,000 or 14,000 btu's work well, you can always turn it down then not having enough to cool with.
