questions about air cooling lights

i was wondering how would i set up my fan blowing air from outside thru the light or do i put the fan sucking air from the light pretty much does the air need to be blown threw the light or do u suck the hot air out of the hood sorry if this is confusing but thats about the best way i can put it thanks just want to do it right cause its geting really hot in my grow

pull the air from the room through the light to the fan then to outside. if the light isnt totally sealed then it will leak hot air out through the holes or seams if your pushing air through.

if you have 2 exhausts then you can hook up another duct and pull air from outside through the light, then fan then back outside.

I have my 1000 watt air cooled hood connected to pull air through the fan then into the hood then it is pushed through the other side of the hood through duct and then outside. Sounds confusing but yeah thats what I do and it works great.
