Question!!

I have the light on the link below same bulbs and everything could i use this one light to grow maybe 2-3 plants threw veg and flowering if not could someone give me ideas on how to increase the light in the room should i change bulbs or something??? and i have basicly no money to put into this.. the first grow will prolly be crap but pratice makes perfect thanks for all your help and advice.
