Hey guys I’m still running a bunch of Mars Hydro lights, the Fluence I was given is broken unfortunately. But it has me thinking now about upgrading to something new. What kind of difference am I going to see going from epistar chips to lm301h’s ??

Like will the bud actually be any tighter or anything or is the difference negligible.

Youre likely to see a bit more light per watt. Diode brand in itself has little impact on bud tightness directly but will influence how much light you get out of the fixture. However you could get a similar increase in on cannopy intensity by moving your light a bit closer but this would affect how much area you can cover.

However, if your replacement light sports a fairly different spectrum you may see differences in how your plant reacts.
