I am doing an organic Guerrilla grow this summer and plan on going out to dig my holes next weekend. My question is, do you think it's better to mix the dry organic nutes like blood meal, kelp meal, worm castings ect. in with the soil when I dig the holes or is it better to make a tea with them and water the plants with the tea weekly instead? Thanx guys.

Its up to you, the plants will probably react better to weekly doses, not to mention you can zone in exactly how much your plant needs while as mixing in dry nutes if its too much its too much and you can burn the plants. Then again weekly trips can be a hassle and are more of a risk to getting caught just because your visiting them more. For optimal control and results liquid is the best, but as long as the proportions are correct dry nutes can hold there own just fine. Looks up vics super soil and that should be just what your looking for.

Also you can have too little dry nutes and your plants wont grow to the maximum, this year im doing vics super soil with a couple other amendments added but ive heard great results from it so thatd be a good basic recipe to work off of if you wanted to go with the time release nutes.

Peace, when I grow outdoors I would add the amendments into the soil when filling in the holes you dug. Foliar feeding the plants as they grow is a bonus, do both perhaps just add 50% of the amendments to the soil, and foliar feed the other 50%.

i think the plant wold react greatly with the tea , but if you have cow manure , you can mix that in slightly , or even add a few inches on top , to retain moisture , thats what i did , and they are nitrogen perfect :) , but im feeding them good now , with several organics .
