question regarding cooking/composting/soil-mix

Beginner soil mix attempt here

there's a lack of proper ingredients where i'm from and only have gotten this:

potting mix (loam based, composted already with fertilizer and what not)
vermicast (worm castings)
vermiculite
perlite
soilless potting mix (for the top-soil/filler)

what % of the above list do you guys suggest in the mix?

based on what i've read, the purpose of cooking soil is to breakdown the amendments so plants can properly consume them. also, i've read that fixing the ph for organic soil isn't needed because the beneficial bacteria are the ones who'll make the plant eat properly?

but since my soil mix (purchased one) has already been cooked i assumed, will i still need to cook the mix since my only amendment is worm castings?

as for my ferlitizer/nutes, i plan to just use + molasses since it sorta feeds the bacteria in the soil.

thoughts? it's my first trial run with organic soil and if this works out, i'll make this my staple since there's no really available other amendments locally.
