Y ysaelee9 Active Member Jan 16, 2009 #3 220/240v you'll need a range/dryer type plug and 30 amp circuit breakers. volts and watts are not the same. 400w ballast-400w bulb. I doubt they have a 240v 400w ballast. I don't know. a lot of volts for 400w.
