Question On Grow Setup

im looking to do my first grow in about a few weeks, gonna do hydroponic with flood & drain system, i was wondering how many plants u think would be suitable for a 3x3 or 4x4 table, and another question i had i know it varies, but im trying to get a setup that can pull from around 12-16oz dried each time, im mainly gonna start with some nirvana ww and some ak48 and some master kush strains and for lighting i was thinking maybe 2 400w's possible 2 600w's

not sure about hydroponics but in soil if i wanted to hit 20 oz dry i would put 10 plants (5 under each 600) always hit 2 oz a plant(average) so with hydro dont think you would need 10 but you may as well put the 10 in and hit at least the 20! even if you have a shit harvest and only hit 1 oz a plant your still going to hit 10!
