question on flowering and change the lights from hps to flor

ok so i have these plants in flower for maybe 45 days, and i want to put my seedlings under mh. (only one ballast) what do you think at this stage will happen going from 400 hps to 2, 175 floros 2 100 watt and i will add a 75 watt grow tube think it will be able to finish its cycle?

Im not sure if stop it from flowering.but y would u do that??Y not wait the last couple of weeks and use those other lights for your seedling.
