I expect my clones to root within a week, but it looks like I will have 2-3 additional weeks before my flowering room is ready. Therefore, I'm planning to leave my clones in teh 4" rock wool cubes to veg for about 2 weeks in the cloning trays. But I haven't a clue about growing in rock wool. Please help, as I need a little guidance. I'm planning to hand-water, but am hoping that I can simply poor a given amount of water/nutrient solution into the tray every 3 or 4 days and let the cubes draw the water up...will letting water sit in the bottom of the tray keep the rock wool too moist? How much water should I put in and should I let the cubes dry out some before watering? Is a PH solution of about 5.5 about right...I don't have a prong PH tester so I won't be able to check with PH within the cube.
Thanks.
Thanks.
