Question for those who work for dispensaries or grow shops

If anyone who views this page that works for a dispensary or grow shop could you please give me some insight and knowledge onto how you landed a job were you work at and if the pay is worth it or if it would be better just to grow and supply the dispensaries.

Clerks at a dispensary make the same as clerks at Walmart unless your a real hot chick. Then maybe $15 an hour.

In my state it is illegal to sell medical marijuana at a profit. It is legal to receive a donation to help cover the costs of growing medication. get it? If you want to break the law, don't advertise it. If you are trying to make money get a real job.

Real jobs are for those who dont know what they really want to do in life, atleast most of them.
