Question for freeze dryer owners

Hello everyone. I finally saved up enough to get my harvest right freeze dryer.

I set it up, freeze dried toast bread successfully.

Made some bubble 45-160 micron (first time over agitated) and stuck it in the freeze dryer. 48 hours later and it's only 90% dry :(

Any tips and tricks to using this freeze dryer?

That’s strange, my buddy just got one and we e been playing around with it, the last batch of fresh frozen we did only took about 24 hours, you might wanna check with The manufacture.
are you spreading the hash out even and thin ?
