Question about yield

When you go to websites that sell seeds, and it has the yield count, such as 500grams/700grams, etc. is this wet or is this dried out? If its wet, im sure the yield is much shorter than what it is suggesting. Thanks.

Im pretty sure it means 500 inside/700outside and its a little smaller than what they at most places but not all of them.

Idk what place is honest, I do like nirvana, but I know bcseeds if full of crap and wouldn't spend a cent there. btw wet weight *.25 = dry weight usually
