Question about VHO fixtures. Beginner.

Yes that is fine but:

1) That fixture will get hot
2) You can only use these for veg, you will have to switch to HPS for flowering if you want best results. If you absolutely can't, you'll have to purchase additional 3500k bulbs for flower; but your yield will not be as spectacular as HPS.

I use T-5s for cloning and seedlings and they are great for that. I am not familiar with the VHO bulbs, but I am sure it is no cheap date to buy the 8 bulbs you need for that fixture. For that kind of money you could get a much better lighting system that will do both, veg & flower cycles.

So do you think you could show me what would be overall best to buy for a good price and that the plants will like all around.
