Question about suggested nute usage

Hey guys, I'm experimenting with Neptunes Harvest nutrients. I got a free sample of their fish and seaweed blend from my local hydro shop. It's only 2-3-1. When I transplanted my baby, I watered with 1/2oz per gallon. My baby perked up quite a bit, and the stem strength has seemed to skyrocket.

I know some of us subscribe to the technique of increasing nutrients until it has adverse effects on our plant and then back it off some. Do you guys recommend doing this?

Also I'm going to start watering with molasses. I've got grandma's unsulfered molasses would this be good to use or should I use the organic blue agave syrup I have.

I'm using nutes every other watering, should I use the molasses with the nutrients, or should I use it with plain water?

for clones and fresh transplants, use a low dosage about 100 or 150 ppm.

YOu need to give more info about what type of medium you are growing in to answer your other questions. Molasses can be mixed with nutrients or water.

Adding nutes till you see signs of stress is the only way to know what the strain of plant you're growing can take. But basically I've noticed Indicas do not tollerate high dose as well as sativas. Straight sativas can usually take twice as much nutes than indicas and grow twice as fast.
